Quinoa and Chestnut pancake

  • 1 cup of quinoa flakes.

  • 1/2 cup of chestnut flour.

  • 1/4 of macca powder.

  • 1/4 of coconut sugar.

  • 1/4 of melted coconut oil.

  • 1 cup of almond milk plus 1/4 of cup.

  • Coconut yaourt.

  • Fruits.

The batter will not be as homogenous as a normal pancake batter, however you might want to add more  alternative milk if you really want to have a more fluid batter.

Mix the dry ingredients, in the meantime melt the coconut oil au bain-marie, pour it on the dry ingredients, mix evenly.

Then very slowly add the milk, it will be a thicker batter the you are use to for pancake but it does the trick to make lovely pancakes.  Of course, as I advised earlier feel free to add more alternative milk. The recipes are just here as guidance and enhance creativity……
