Miam ô fruits.

early morning or snack after a exercise this miam will fill you up in no time.

Quick to do with only few condiments.


1/2 tbsp of hemps seeds

1/2 tbsp of pumpkins seeds

1/2 tbsp of sunflower seeds

1/2 tbsp of flaxseed

1/2 tbsp of chia (optional)

1/2 banana

1/2 apple

handful of red fruits

To decorate or additional fruits diced apricot, mango any other fruits than you like.

Ground all the seeds together in a mixer pulse few times. Add the fruits.

Pulse again until it becomes a puree. Pour into a bowl, decorate.

Breakfast served!
